If, for any reason, the item does not completely meet your expectations, you have the option to return it for a full refund.
All return and refund requests must be initiated within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Return and Refund Policy
To initiate a return, you must submit a request via email within 14 days of the purchase date.
Returned items must be in new condition, unused, and with all original tags and labels still attached.
RETURN PROCEDURE
- Request: Send us an email to cs@nineinthemornig.com specifying:
- Your full name.
- The order number.
- The email address used for the purchase.
- Authorization: Our Customer Service will send you a link to formalize the return request; you will be required to fill out and print the return form.
- Shipping: Once the return form is printed, the customer can select a courier of their choice and ship the item to our logistics service. The management and shipping costs of the return are the responsibility of the customer.
- Processing: After receiving the item and verifying its condition, we will proceed with the refund processing.
Return Processing Times
- Return Management Time: Processing the return can take 5 to 10 business days; we kindly ask for your patience.
- Refund Processing Time: Once your return has been processed and confirmed, we will proceed with the refund. The refund will be credited back to the original method of payment.
EXCEPTIONS
If the product received is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at cs@nineinthemornig.com to arrange handling and refund.
EXCHANGES
Direct exchanges are not possible for purchased items.
If you wish to have a different size or product, the correct procedure is as follows:
- Request a return for the original item (following the procedure above).
- Place a new order directly on the website for the desired item.
The purchase price of the returned item will be refunded to you using the original payment method.
